Privacy policy

We keep this short and specific.

What we store

Your email address, your credit balance, a ledger of credit movements, and the readings you generate (seed, querent profile and narrated text) so you can revisit them. We store the IP address and user agent that created a session, to detect abuse.

What we do not do

We do not share your data, run third-party advertising, or use your readings to train models.

Third parties

Payments are processed by Stripe. Email delivery uses Amazon SES. Narration sends the reading context (cards, positions, knowledge base excerpts and the seed you entered) to a model provider. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your account identifier and, when available, your name and email address from that provider. Do not enter information you would not put in an email.

Retention and your rights

Readings and ledger entries are kept while your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your account and readings at any time by emailing the address below. Deletion removes your account, sessions, readings and ledger; purchase records required for tax are kept for the legally required period.

Sign-in providers

You sign in with Google or Apple. We receive your account identifier and, when the provider shares it, your name and email address. Sign in with Apple may give us a private relay email address; it is used only to deliver receipts and notices and forwards to your real address.

Cookies

We set one cookie: a signed session cookie needed to keep you signed in. No analytics or advertising cookies.
